4 Reasons For Cleaning Up Bali & Reviving The Health Of The Environment.

1. Tourism.
Bali was once thought of as a unique tropical paradise, the island of the God. This is it now advertised. The Tourist Opinion of Bali is not good. Bali has rubbish on most beaches, plastics floating in the waters, and the smell of burning plastic in the air. Bali is heavily dependent on tourism, so it is imperative to fix this man made disaster or run the risk of becoming an Environmental Disaster with massive unemployment.

2. Health of People / Children.
Toxic smoke and fumes are causing respiratory problems in our children. Scientist warn the results of these toxic fumes mainly from burning plastics will show up in the children as they grow into adulthood.

3. Quality of Life.
The quality of the life for the average person living in Bali is deteriorating, along with the environment. Pollutants make people tired, short tempered and dissatisfied with life. Diminishing income due to the shrinking tourism market could put pressure on the quality of family life for all living in Bali.

4. Living in Harmony.
People enjoy the beauty and pleasure of a healthy environment. Because of the rapid modernization of Bali, the philosophy of “Tri Hita Karana” is in jeopardy of being lost. The unique birds and animals, trees and forest, marine life and reef, need to be preserved for the well being of all.
